About our function

The Finance function consists of a total of nine employees who together are responsible for accounting and reporting for the Swedish legal entities. In the finance department, we work with everything from scanning supplier invoices, matching purchase order invoices, account reconciliations during month-end closing, customer support, credit assessments, reviewing travel expenses, and invoicing. We also conduct business analyses, cash flow forecasts, develop our internal systems for monthly reporting to the group, as well as forecasts and budgeting. We work together to ensure that the business achieves set goals and results. We lead, drive, and further develop reporting to the group to support strategic decisions.

As a Junior Controller with us, you will be the obvious partner for our manufacturing unit. You will thrive here if you enjoy working in a goal-oriented and efficient team with varied tasks.

Your tasks will include:

• Productivity calculations
• Material closing
• Inventory valuation and stocktaking
• Internal processes compliant with both legal requirements and FläktGroup's policies
• Supporting the controller function with data for our global reporting
• Project calculations (pre- and post-calculations)
• Monitoring development costs and projects
• Warranty provisions and monitoring warranty costs
• Weekly reports of orders, sales, and backlog for the factory

This role will report to the Senior Plant Controller. The location is at our site in Jönköping.

You should be comfortable handling large amounts of data and interested in business systems. You will be involved where the action is and have many points of contact related to our factory, so it is important that you can independently seek knowledge and information and contact other functions in a natural way. You are motivated by a dynamic workday, collaborating both upwards and downwards in the organization, and a strong sense of community.

We are looking for someone with a university degree in business administration or industrial economics. This may be your first professional role, or you may have worked a few years in the finance area. The most important thing is that you have a solid knowledge base to build upon, combined with a strong desire to develop in your next career step. We are a global group, so it is important that you can communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
